Even we were surprised by some of the colors and figure of our highest quality R.Taylor Indian rosewood. With a bold bass response, incredible projection and sustain, it carries a warmth throughout the entire range of overtones. Brazilian rosewood tends to command more attention (and price), but Indian rosewood ranks high among our favorite tonewoods.
